Returns & Exchanges
For all Returns & Exchanges, please fill in and send the Return & Exchange Form within 3 weeks from date of delivery (or 60 days for International Orders).
All goods returned to us have to be in their original packaging, unused, unworn and unwashed with all labels and tags intact. All return delivery charges are the responsibility of the Purchaser (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). We will credit your original method of payment, excluding postage fee (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). Please note that we are not responsible for any merchandise that is damaged or lost en route to us. For this reason, please be sure to pack the item(s) you wish to return and exchange carefully and send the package by a prepaid, insured and traceable method. Processing TimeDepending on the postage method you have chosen, some of your packages will take up to 2 weeks to reach us. We endeavour to process all Returns & Exchanges within 48 hours of receipt.
